Mission Statement

Reverend Cheryl MinvielleMinvielle Outreach Ministries is a non-denominational, full service ministry.

We are a mission church. We minister at locations in the U.S. as well as in Africa. M.O.M. currently has oversight of churches in Lagos, Nigeria and in Louisiana. Our home office is at 103 Stockstill St. in New Iberia, La.. The ministry is staffed at all times. In addition to Reverend (Pastor) Cheryl Minvielle, there are two other ministers on staff... Reverend Mary Jo Daquilla and Reverend Eric von Aspern. Dr. George and Dr. Clarice Fluitt of Eagle's Nest World Prayer and Training Center in Monroe, La. have apostolic oversite of this ministry.

Our present focus is our Children's Rescue Mission in Lagos, Nigeria and Kampala, Uganda. We are also establishing local storefront ministries to become the visible presence of Christ in our communities. We are a small, but dedicated group of volunteers who believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and that through Him, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

We believe that in order to be effective, we must minister to the whole man...spirit, soul and body. It is the goal of M.O.M. to do just that... to be the hand of God extended and to meet the needs of people now. We do this by bringing comfort to the hurting; bringing food, both natural and spiritual, to the hungry and giving shelter to the homeless. We desire that those we help, witness Jesus possibly in a form they have never seen before...a helping hand, a touch, a smile, an ear to hear, a heart to love, and joy that brings hope.

Every dollar sent to us is spent for the purpose it was sent and documented in our records for tax purposes. Statements are sent at the beginning of each year, documenting your giving.
